How to Cancel Your Subscription

Cancel your Nexus AI subscription anytime through your profile or from your email receipt.

To cancel your Nexus AI subscription:

  1. Log in and go to https://app.mynexusai.com/dashboard/user/orders

  2. Hover over the profile icon in the top right corner and click Orders

  3. Click the Cancel Subscription button

Alternatively, you can click Manage Subscription from any of your email receipts.

✅ You will not be charged again after cancellation
🔄 You can continue using Nexus AI until your billing cycle ends
